Refund Policy

Effective for all purchases of digital products and credits on Vayle.

For digital products and credits, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 356, Paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Refunds are excluded. By making a purchase, you agree that the service commences immediately and that there is no entitlement to a refund.
